Western-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, 1 cup boiling water, steep for 60 seconds. Resteep as desired, adding 5-10 seconds to each steep.
Gongfu-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, ~110 ml boiling water (perfect amount to use with our gaiwans), steep for 10 seconds or to taste, pour into sharing pitcher. Re-steep as desired, adding 5 sec to each steep.
