Wester-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, 1 cup water at 175*F, steep fr 60 seconds. Resteep as desired, adding 10 seconds to each steep.
Gongfu-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, ~110 ml water at 175*F (perfect amount to use with our gaiwans), steep for 60 seconds or to taste, pour into sharing pitcher. Re-steep as desired, adding 5 sec to each steep.
