A highly regarded and sought after medium-roasted “cliff tea” oolong from the Wuyi Mountain reserve.

Pluck: Spring 2021 / Origin: Wuyishan, Fujian China / Farmer: Li Family / Cultivar: Rou Gui

Tasting Profile: spice, stone fruit, cocoa, brown sugar/ Texture: cooling, minerality, round

Western-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, 1 cup boiling water, steep for 60 seconds. Re-steep as desired, adding 5 sec to each steep.

Gongfu-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, ~110 ml boiling water (perfect amount to use with our gaiwans), pour into sharing pitcher right away. Re-steep as desired, adding 5 sec to each steep after third infusion.
