Western-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, 1 cup boiling water, steep for 60 seconds. Re-steep as desired, adding 5 sec to each steep.
Gongfu-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, ~110 ml boiling water (perfect amount to use with our gaiwans), pour into sharing pitcher right away. Re-steep as desired, adding 5 sec to each steep after third infusion.

We sell our tea 16 grams at a time. (For reference, 4 grams of loose-leaf tea is good for one serving, which can be steeped multiple times.) When adding product to your shopping cart, a quantity of 1 will give you 16 grams. If you add a quantity of 3 to your cart, you will get 48 grams.
