Western-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, 1 cup water at 195*F, steep for 60 seconds. Resteep as desired, adding 5-10 sec to each steep.
Gongfu-Style Preparation: 4g loose leaf tea, ~110 ml water at 195*F (perfect amount to use with our gaiwans), steep for 20-30 seconds or to taste, pour into sharing pitcher. Re-steep as desired, adding 5-10 sec to each steep.
